Jeff Amen

Professional Background and Education:

Jeff Amen is a seasoned leader who has driven transformational change for over three decades. His experience primarily concentrates on healthcare, financial services, and technology sectors. He has led significant change initiatives while cementing organizations’ ongoing change capabilities. Jeff architected Centers of Excellence (COE) for Change and Continuous Improvement in seven Fortune 500 companies. He led a cultural change to centralization and standardization across 20+ global data centers. Sponsored and led change efforts for a new healthcare claims operational model and technology. His leadership in redesigning and gaining adoption for new customer onboarding and asset movement processes enabled speed while reducing risks. Additionally, Jeff successfully orchestrated change efforts for organizational restructures, M&A, and divestitures.

Jeff holds certifications as a Change Management Practitioner and trainer (Prosci), Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Leader, and Master Facilitator. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
